6 week fitness course


We are proud to announce that we have persuaded Miranda Menzies, an ex-forces member with a wealth of experience in running fitness classes, to come out of retirement and lead our 6-week fitness course for charity.

Miranda is well-known in the local community, and we are thrilled that she has agreed to lend her expertise to help us raise funds for the ‘We Mind & Kelly Matters’ suicide prevention charity based in Barton Seagrave.

This private and confidential fitness course is open to everyone, and you can join in any week, not just week one. If you’re looking to get healthier, then this is the perfect opportunity to start.

During the 6-week course, you’ll receive a range of benefits, including:

  • Body composition testing
  • A personalised healthy eating plan designed by a dietician
  • 45 minutes of aerobic exercise led by Miranda herself

But that’s not all! By joining our fitness course, you’ll be supporting an important cause, and we’re proud to donate every penny raised to the ‘We Mind & Kelly Matters’ charity.

To sign up, simply contact Miranda before the event to secure your place and receive your plan via email. Then come to Kettering Town FC social club upstairs in Burton Latimer every Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm and bring £36 for the six weeks.
