Poppies to face The Eagles at The Eyrie.

The Poppies will face the Southern League Div One Central side at The Eyrie, home to Bedford Town FC, on Saturday 15th July (kick-off 3pm).

This friendly is the second in our summer schedule and another test for Andy Leese’s side, who started the pre-season campaign with a strong 0-2 win at Newport Pagnell Town.

Chalfont St Peter also suffered the same fate on Tuesday night as Bedford Town cruised to a 2-0 home win.

TICKETS

The match is NOT all-ticket, but to avoid any queue you can buy your match tickets* in advance here. You can either print them at home and head to the turnstile or show the e-ticket straight from your mobile phone! Please note that tickets for every person attending must be purchased, even children’s tickets priced at £0.00 must be purchased. Alternatively, you can pay on the gate.

*All tickets are for unreserved seating/standing. The Eyrie does have seating for up to 300 spectators, but these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Parking: Stadium parking* is limited to around 120 cars. If required, an overflow car park will be in operation.

*Meadow Lane is home to two football clubs, Bedford Town and Bedford FC. Do not park in Bedford FC’s car park beyond their sign and gate as it will likely be locked before full time and there will be no access to retrieve your car.
